We are currently going through a never-before event at PCF - we are reading through the entire Bible together in an amazingly short 31-weeks (we began the event on October 16, 2011). If you are interested in joining this event, "The Story" Bibles are available with a suggested donation of: Adult-$20, Teen-$15, Child-$10.

Our Sunday messages will be aligned with our children's, youth, adult bible fellowship, men's group, and family devotions to walk through the Bible and its one seamless story...

Dear Church Family,

I am very excited about the opportunity to strengthen the marriage,families and lives of singles of our church.

Couples Check Up: I will be sending a link at the end of this month for couples to take a survey of their marriage. They will get a detailed report of the strengths of their marriage and areas to work on to improve the quality of their relationship. I will get a general report and it will show me how couples of our church are doing. The cost for the online 'couples check up' is $30.00. You will get a private report that is specific to your relationship. If you want pastoral counseling to help you apply this report I will be happy to help you.

Couples Communication: Right after this I will be starting the couples communication. This eight week 1 hour course will help you build your abilities to listen and talk and give you a proven format for working through issues. You don't have to be married to do this course. You can bring a friend. This cost is usually very expensive but the church will only be charging for the materials $45.00. We will have limited scholarships for the those who cannot afford the cost.

There is no more important investment than your marriage, family and your ability to have healthy relationships with others.

How you can help with this ministry:

1. Pray that God uses this to build the couples of the church. Also, pray that people come to know Christ through this as I will be advertising this
in the community.

2. Room: I am seeking a large room where 6-8 couples can meet for 8 eights. I need a TV as I will be showing DVD clips of what it looks like when couples listen and talk well. If you know of a community or large living room that I can use starting the second week in February let me know ASAP.

Both these resources are Christian based and I will be sharing a Christian perspective through it all.
